4. Delivery Partners
- KEYUMI partners with reputed courier and logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics conditions, and external factors.
5. Shipping Coverage
- KEYUMI ships across serviceable locations.
- Delivery availability may be limited in certain remote or restricted areas.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the customer’s delivery location and may vary accordingly.
- KEYUMI may offer free shipping under the following conditions:
- On prepaid orders
- On orders above ₹999
- During special promotions, sales, or limited-time offers
- KEYUMI reserves the right to modify shipping charges and free shipping eligibility at any time without prior notice.
7. Order Tracking
- Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (as applicable).
- Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided details.
8. Delays & Exceptions

KEYUMI shall not be held liable for delays caused by such external factors.
9. Failed Deliveries
- If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery.
- In case of repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).
- KEYUMI reserves the right to cancel such orders or restrict future COD services.

- KEYUMI is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address or contact details.
- Any delivery timeline provided is an estimate and not a guaranteed commitment.
